One of the things I love...where it all began

When I started with Thirty-One a little over 2 years ago, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.  I had no idea that I would be forming new-life-long friendships.  No clue that I would be finding an entirely NEW support system...for all purposes a new family of ladies a lot like me!


Did not realize at the time that my confidence would end up multiplying and that I would get such JOY out of helping other women (just like me) reach for and realize their dreams.  But that is just what has happened and really so much more.  Not only is it a job, but it is a vehicle through which my faith has been strengthened.  God has really used Thirty-One to teach me some valuable lessons and I see HIS hand all over this company and consequently me!  I have heard the saying many times over ~ Thirty-One is so much more than a purse.  That could not be closer to the truth..... here's how my story begins.



First....Thirty-One came into my life when I needed it most.  My hubby was actually the one who suggested it. I had ONE product in my possession a Thermal Tote...that I bought from a Facebook Friend to help with her adoption Fundraiser.  Ainsley was not quite a year old and we had some pretty hefty financial burdens at the time that were kind of thrown on us.  He said...I think you should try this Thirty-One thing out.  I was like whatever, I don't have time for that and everyone will think I am the girl who has tried every Direct Sales Company out there.  I had already tried Longaberger and Creative Memories and they were just not the RIGHT fit.  I told him, if I was gonna try this 31 Thing...then I was doing it for real!!  He was 100% behind me and I contacted the only consultant I knew another Facebook Friend.  I signed up in August of 2010....contacted a couple special friends to be my first hostesses and got ready for a Launch Party.  NEVER in my wildest dreams would I have imagined what would be next...........thanks to wonderful friends and family my launch party was AMAZING!!  My first 2 parties with friends ROCKED and I qualified in my first 30 days-incentive #1-$50 Rebate.  In my 3rd month as a consultant, I set a goal for myself to have $3000 in Personal Volume.  I thought wow, if I reach this it will be INCREDIBLE!!  Well, want to know want happened?  Wanna know how God blessed my family and showed me I was right where I was supposed to be......we blew that little $3K number right out of the water.  I ended the month of October at $5907 and I was in awe!!  This thing was for REAL.  I was able to bring in almost $1500 in commission that my family needed and my business was already taking off.  Talk about confirmation right?  All I can say is YEAH
GOD!!!
